At Lunaliame, we welcome wholesale and bulk order inquiries from approved retailers, businesses, and professional buyers interested in carrying or purchasing our kitchen products in larger quantities.

This Wholesale Policy explains who may qualify for wholesale purchasing, how orders are reviewed, payment requirements, shipping details, and support information.

1. Wholesale Account Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved business buyers only.

To qualify, you must be one of the following:

  • A retailer with a physical store

  • A retailer with both a physical store and online website

  • An online-only seller with an established customer base

  • A business purchasing kitchen products in bulk for professional or commercial use

Wholesale purchasing is intended for resale or approved business use only. Purchasing wholesale items for personal use is not permitted.

Selling Lunaliame products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms is not allowed unless written approval is provided by Lunaliame.

2. Account Review and Approval

All wholesale requests are reviewed before approval.

We may ask for business information to confirm that your store, website, or company is active and suitable for a wholesale partnership.

Lunaliame reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or cancel wholesale access or wholesale orders at our discretion, including after an account has been approved.

3. Wholesale Orders

To place a wholesale or bulk order, please contact our support team with the products and quantities you are interested in.

We will review your request and provide the next steps, including product availability, pricing, payment details, and estimated fulfillment time.

4. Invoices

Wholesale invoices may be issued after your order request has been reviewed and approved.

Invoices will include the agreed product details, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and payment instructions.

All wholesale purchases are subject to the terms listed in this policy.

5. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers and qualified business buyers.

All pricing will be provided directly by Lunaliame and may vary depending on product type, quantity, availability, and order size.

Promotional discounts, standard store discount codes, and retail offers do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.

6. Additional Discounts

Because wholesale pricing already includes reduced pricing, additional discounts are not usually available unless agreed in writing.

Discount codes used on wholesale orders without approval may result in the order being cancelled or adjusted.

For high-volume orders, custom pricing may be available after review.

7. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before processing or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received and confirmed.

8. Shipping

We currently support wholesale and bulk order shipping within Australia.

Shipping costs, delivery options, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the order size, destination, and product availability.

If any special shipping arrangement is required, it must be discussed and approved before the order is confirmed.

9. Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available for selected wholesale or bulk orders depending on order value, product type, and destination.

Free shipping eligibility will be confirmed before payment.

10. Fulfillment Time

After payment has been received, wholesale orders usually require 1–3 business days for handling before shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Large orders, special orders, or high-volume requests may require additional preparation time.

11. Bulk and B2B Orders

Lunaliame accepts bulk order requests from businesses, retailers, and B2B buyers.

If you need a large quantity of a specific kitchen product, please contact us with the product name, quantity needed, delivery address, and any special requirements.

12. Returns for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale returns are reviewed case by case.

Before returning any wholesale item, you must contact Lunaliame for approval and return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

13. Damaged or Incorrect Items

All orders are checked before shipment. Please inspect your wholesale order as soon as it arrives.

If any item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

  • Photos of the packaging if the shipment arrived damaged

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, credit, or another suitable solution.

14. Marketplace Restrictions

Wholesale customers may not list or resell Lunaliame products on third-party marketplaces without written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Amazon

  • eBay

  • Etsy

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • Catch Marketplace

  • Any similar third-party selling platform

Approved wholesale buyers may sell through their own retail store, official website, or approved sales channels.

15. Policy Agreement

By purchasing from Lunaliame as a wholesale or bulk buyer, you agree to follow this Wholesale Policy.

Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of orders, removal of wholesale access, or refusal of future wholesale requests.
